Manager

Philip Alex is a real estate investor and licensed California REALTOR® with a background as a Senior Product Test Engineering Manager in the semiconductor industry. After a successful corporate career, he transitioned into real estate to focus on active investing, including residential flips and selective buy-and-hold properties, pursuing opportunities where the fundamentals, risk profile, and long-term numbers make sense.

Philip brings a disciplined, data-driven approach to evaluating properties, combining investment analysis with hands-on market insight gained through his work as an agent. His goal is to generate sustainable active income while building a portfolio that supports long-term financial stability. At the core of his work is a kingdom-building vision—to steward resources wisely, care well for his family, and direct a portion of profits toward supporting frontline ministers and helping those in need. He believes real estate, when approached with integrity and purpose, can create impact far beyond financial returns.
